Mission description

Maison Bakhita is seeking volunteers to lead DIY workshop modules for people in exile. The workshop aims to teach practical skills that enable participants to work on home repairs or facilitate employment in technical trades. The DIY workshop seeks to help exiled people develop and share technical skills, master basics of installation, repair, and maintenance (furniture assembly, painting, etc.), and gain the means to do work independently for private homes and sometimes in companies.
