I assist during a karate session adapted for women who have experienced violence

Mission description

Assist the instructor during karate sessions adapted for women who have experienced violence. Support includes: preparing and tidying the room (setting up mats, welcoming participants, distributing uniforms), active observation during sessions. Minimum 4-month commitment, 1-2 afternoons per month. No prior karate experience necessary. A phone interview is required before starting.
