Mission description

Welcome people warmly, listen, and orient them toward appropriate social services when needed, helping them access their rights. Work in a team, make contact, exchange information, and maintain relationships. Listen, orient, and accompany people through their processes. Required skills: ease of contact with kindness and without judgment, ability to identify difficulties, analyze situations discerningly, and complete necessary administrative follow-up. This can combine in-person and remote work.
