Mission description

Welcome sessions - Supporting individuals: Warmly greet everyone, listen to them, and refer them if needed to social services or appropriate organizations while supporting their access to rights. This volunteering can combine in-person and remote work. You'll contact people, exchange information, listen, orient them, and support them in their processes. Key skills include friendliness, kindness, non-judgment, confidentiality, identifying difficulties, analyzing situations holistically, and completing administrative follow-up tasks.
