Mission description

Friendly Educational Support (E.S.A) invites students, working professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekly mentoring students whose parents cannot provide or arrange academic help. The mission includes personalized support for the child (building confidence, teaching methodology, guidance), broadening their perspective, and helping parents become more involved in their child's education. We seek volunteer mentors to guide children and young people toward academic success and independence, committing one hour per week during the school year. You will help the child regain confidence, review fundamentals, and develop study skills.
