URGENT NEED FOR REVIEW BY A PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST. Our association operates a refuge and sanctuary for domestic farm and pet animals. Daily reality has prompted us to defend those we cannot shelter. We have numerous animal defense cases necessary for social progress. We have an urgent particular need (before April 15) regarding public procurement and public service delegation for animals, left in the hands of public authorities, against which we intend to take legal action. We also need interns and volunteers for defense actions.
