Promote autonomy and development of the person you accompany by setting evolving goals adapted to their specific needs. Make regular friendly visits to elderly people identified by the ADMR network. You will provide support and listening to isolated elderly people, maintain connection through non-judgmental conversation, and identify their needs to refer them to appropriate professionals.
