Mission description

ADMR Desnes association is looking for a volunteer personnel coordinator to join its team. The personnel coordinator makes decisions on personnel-related matters and works closely with members of the personnel commission and the association president. Main responsibilities include: • Participating in recruitment and integration of employees (CV screening, conducting interviews, etc.) • Participating in employee management (evaluations, running meetings, etc.) • Supervising schedules. Joining the ADMR teams means first and foremost sharing the desire to work as a team to support the association and ensure community services to all beneficiaries.
