The mission involves preparing and leading activities and daily community life. Activities encourage young people to reflect on democratic, inclusive, collective, and societal themes. Values, personal progress, conviviality, and community living are central. The tools used are active play education, nature-based learning, and youth empowerment. Volunteers start with a non-binding trial weekend. No prior skills are needed as experienced animators provide structure. New volunteers are then integrated into age-specific teams.
