REBOND - Réseau d’Étudiant·e·s Bénévoles Organisé·e·s Nationalement en DétentionMission description
REBOND recruits student volunteers to intervene weekly in detention facilities through academic tutoring in various subjects (math, history, geography), foreign language conversation workshops, or cultural and civic workshops (theater, film discussions). As a rebond volunteer, you'll work in pairs with two to six incarcerated people, meeting weekly at the same time to ensure continuity. Interventions occur at Riom penitentiary with people who volunteered. You'll receive support and mentoring from REBOND's local coordinators.
