As a Lead Dev, you'll work closely with development teams, especially juniors, guiding and training them while ensuring quality deliverables on an Angular/Java stack. You'll play an essential role in defining technical standards and implementing good development practices. Become a mentor and help the next generation of developers reach their full potential. Your expertise and leadership will be valuable assets for our projects and have lasting impact on our tech community. Work with a project manager, supervise the development team, ensure deliverable quality, and provide mentoring and training.
