Guild Open Tech (GOT) is an open source association that is inclusive and entirely remote. For the past year, it has brought together volunteers driven by a mission: to make learning digital skills more accessible, human, and collaborative. At GOT, everyone can contribute to concrete projects, supported by professionals, while learning at their own pace in a supportive environment. In parallel, we are building solid foundations for our association: structuring our departments, strengthening our governance, and fostering an open, participatory, and sustainable organization.
