After listening carefully, provide or direct them appropriately based on their needs (support, help with procedures, financial aid, etc.) and the resources available through Catholic Relief or local partners. The mission of Catholic Relief is to develop fraternity initiatives so that those living in poverty regain their place and ability to act in society.
