Offer young mothers presence and moral support during the difficult postpartum period while providing homemade meals. Volunteers needed throughout Calvados, especially around Caen. Visit the young mother at home to help lighten her daily load. Spend time chatting over tea or coffee, do laundry, watch the baby during a shower, or accompany her on outings.
