Mission description

Promote autonomy and development of the person you accompany by setting evolving goals adapted to their specific needs. Volunteers can make home visits to create connection and reduce isolation, participate in or organize events (courtesy visits, social gatherings, outings, shows). You can help evaluate needs, develop care plans, and monitor beneficiaries.
