I Build Social Connections with People in Precarious Situations, Elderly, or with Disabilities

Mission description

Volunteers can make home visits to create connections and combat isolation, participate in or organize events (courtesy visits, social gatherings, outings, shows, etc.). In contact with and listening to people, volunteers can help assess needs, develop care plans, and follow up with beneficiaries.
