Mission description

Working in pairs, you provide both moral and methodological support to people facing employment challenges. Within the solidarity group, you participate in monthly meetings with all volunteers for mutual support, sharing, and camaraderie. Through regional and national networks, you benefit from training courses, seminars, and inter-group meetings. New Solidarities Against Unemployment provides every volunteer with essential training to mentor effectively, ensure quality support for job seekers, and help them regain confidence and define their professional goals.
