Mission description

Friendly School Mentoring (ESA) invites students, working professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekly with students whose parents cannot help or arrange help. It includes personalized support for the child—building confidence, developing study skills, career guidance—exposing them to the wider world, and helping parents engage in their child's education. We seek volunteer mentors to support children and young people toward success and independence, one hour per week during the school year. Concretely: you help the child in their school journey, rebuild their confidence, review basics, and find study methods.
