The primary mission of a leader with Scouts and Guides of France is to inspire young people's dreams. To do this, leaders prepare games, outings, and stories linked to imagination, guide young people, ensure their safety, and help them grow. It's also an exchange: in exchange for some of your time, the group supports your actions and offers BAFA or BAFD training through Scouts and Guides of France—highly recognized certifications that also allow you to work in summer camps. Our activities also count toward BAFA or BAFD practical training. The mission is open from age 17 and can be recognized as part of a civic service mission.
