Lead boys and girls ages 6-17 throughout the year, organizing regular meetings and summer camp following Scouts and Guides pedagogy and values. With or without prior scout experience, you'll benefit from movement training and team support. Your role includes: proposing regular meetings with activities connecting youth to nature, solidarity, and autonomy; developing meaningful projects based on their needs and aspirations; and supporting their personal progression within the Scout values framework.
