Mission description

Help organize video calls from scheduling appointments with family members to conducting the calls themselves. Make the process as simple as possible for those uncomfortable with digital technology. The volunteer will be supported by the facility's staff and can help with appointment scheduling, accompanying residents during calls, and identifying any improvements needed. You may be asked to follow certain health protocols.
