Accompany seriously ill and end-of-life patients and elderly people in hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers. Provide support to families and bereaved individuals. Inform about end-of-life patient rights laws. Availability required once weekly. Initial training will be provided; new recruits begin training at the start of the calendar year.
