Mission description

Mentoring toward and in employment facilitates job access for people in professional reintegration. For up to 6 months, a volunteer mentor individually supports a candidate through their probation period. The mentee receives support tailored to their needs and professional goals. Individualized and personalized support toward and in employment. Each mentee is supported in their job search by a professional volunteer with recruitment expertise—someone who has gained expertise in recruiting through professional experience. Mentor-mentee pairs are matched based on compatibility.
