A leader's first mission is to inspire young people's dreams. Leaders prepare games, outings and stories linked to imagination, support youth, ensure safety and foster growth. It's also an exchange: in exchange for your time, the group supports your actions and offers BAFA training through Scouts and Guides of France—highly recognized training that also lets students work at summer camps or vacation centers. Our activities count as BAFA practical stage validation. We welcome children every other weekend based on volunteer availability, for half-days or full days.
