Mission description

Working in pairs, you provide both moral and methodological support to people facing employment challenges. Within a solidarity group, you participate in monthly meetings with all volunteers for mutual support, sharing, and community. In the regional and national network, you benefit from training courses, seminars, and inter-group meetings. New Solidarities Against Unemployment provides each volunteer with essential training to mentor effectively and guarantee quality paired support for job seekers, helping them regain confidence and define their professional goals.
