La Cravate Solidaire Marseille supports people in employment or reintegration who have or will soon have a job interview through Boost Workshops. The 4-step workshops include: welcoming participants; image coaching to find the ideal interview outfit in our solidarity wardrobe; HR coaching (interview simulation, teaching verbal and non-verbal codes); and CV photo. To help candidates regain confidence before interviews, we seek volunteer image coaches with knowledge of professional codes to support candidates.
