La Cravate Solidaire Marseille supports people seeking employment or career transition who have an upcoming job interview through 'Coup de Pouce' workshops. These workshops consist of 4 stages: reception, image coaching to find the ideal outfit in our solidarity wardrobe, HR coaching with interview simulation and communication skills, and CV photography. We are looking for volunteer HR coaches to help candidates regain confidence before their recruitment interviews.
