Mission description

Entraide Scolaire Amicale (E.S.A) offers employed, retired, or student volunteers the chance to mentor children and young people whose parents cannot help them directly or afford tutoring. This includes personalized child support (confidence, study skills, guidance), exposing children to their surroundings, and helping parents support their child's schooling. Take the leap! I work near my home or workplace, meeting children and families to assess their tutoring needs. I recruit and receive mentors with other branch coordinators, create mentor-child pairs, and monitor support throughout the year.
