Mission description

Your role, alongside other poll watchers at the polling station, is to count votes for each candidate. Vote counting begins immediately after polls close and is carried out by poll watchers at counting tables in the presence of candidate representatives and voters, supervised by polling station officials. Envelopes are distributed among tables and opened by poll watchers. One watcher opens each envelope, unfolds the ballot, and passes it to another watcher who reads it aloud clearly. Names on ballots are recorded on prepared sheets by at least two watchers who sign the sheets.
