Mission description

Contribute to implementing an educational project, organize educational activities (games, evening programs, nature, crafts, sports, spiritual), supervise daily life for a unit of up to 30 young people, communicate with families, and monitor each child's progress. The Scouts and Guides of France offer education where each boy and girl is unique—there's no one-size-fits-all model. Education happens without competition, judgment, or grades, with each person progressing at their own pace according to age and maturity, respecting others' rhythms. In a secure educational framework, children and young people learn through action.
