Mission description

Serve as a first point of contact for people calling the association. Handle calls regarding found or lost birds, intake requests, abandonments, adoptions, or bird welfare advice. Answer calls, listen and understand situations, provide initial information and guidance, and direct people to the appropriate team member. Collect important information and document calls.
