Mission description

The Nice Samu Social day team aims to improve access to rights and healthcare for people without stable housing. Its main mission is to build social connections through street outreach by responding to calls from the 115 hotline or partners, assessing health and social situations, directing people to partner services, helping them recover social rights and engage in care pathways, and accompanying them in their administrative, health, and social welfare processes according to their level of autonomy.
