Welcome people in difficult situations and establish a listening-based relationship. Take time to understand their situation and needs holistically, then guide and support them using existing resources. Offer long-term fraternal support. Thursdays afternoons with at least one day per week availability. Attendance before, during and after sessions, participation in departmental meetings, debriefing sessions, and local team meetings required.
