I help homeless people obtain an official address

Mission description

Public reception takes place Tuesday afternoons. Conduct interviews to assess people's situations, orient them toward social services if needed, and finalize address registration. Help and guide people through their processes, particularly in accessing social services. Sort and distribute mail. The goal is to provide access to rights for people living on the streets or without fixed addresses. Required skills: strong welcoming manner and dialogue abilities during interviews, ability to navigate and research social and administrative procedures online, basic computer skills (Word, email, internet), and knowledge of a foreign language if possible.
