I am a volunteer mentor for young people in a collective mentoring program

Mission description

The 1 Young 1 Mentor program launched by the POWA association supports 500 young people ages 18-26 in Île-de-France. The program helps them envision their future, build confidence, and better integrate into the professional world. It's a free, innovative 6-month collective mentoring pathway with 1-2 mentors and a group of 4 young people. If you're over 30 and want to help young people understand themselves and activate their agency, join us! As a mentor to a group of 4 mentees (possibly paired with another mentor), you'll commit to youth and equal opportunity, be trained in mentoring and group facilitation.
