Mission description

Share your professional experience to help people build their career direction. By registering on ExplorJob, you occasionally receive messages from Explorers (middle and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or career changers) who want to learn about your profession. During a one-hour interview (in-person, by phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions about your career path, responsibilities, what you love about your work, and its challenges. Your goal is to give the Explorer a realistic understanding of your profession.
