Ensure quality activities and supervision for children (11-14) entrusted to you within an educator team. Use a pedagogy based on play, projects, teamwork, nature, and fraternity. Offer young people a living space meeting their need to dream, act, achieve their projects, live in community, and find meaning in life. You'll be trained while working with young people and having fun. No prior scout experience needed. You'll integrate a new educator team to build a quality supervision team.
