Mission description

Register on ExplorJob to share your professional journey and help people build their career direction. You'll be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle/high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or career changers) to discuss your profession. During approximately one-hour interviews—conducted face-to-face, by phone, or video at your convenience—you'll share your background, responsibilities, what you love about your work, and its challenges. The goal is to give Explorers a realistic vision of the profession.
