Help young people envision their future and build confidence. By joining ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to guide people in their career choices. You are occasionally contacted by Explorers (middle school students, high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or career changers) curious about your profession. During a one-hour conversation (in person, by phone, or video) scheduled at your convenience, you answer their questions. You explain your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your work, and its challenges.
