Kodiko's mission is to promote employment for refugees in France. The association views refugees as talented and competent professionals who represent real opportunities for the country and its businesses. Kodiko offers new participants 6 months of support including: individual mentoring with an employee from partner companies, and collective workshops on professional integration, French language, and computer skills.
