Kodiko promotes employment for refugees in France, viewing them as talented, competent professionals representing real opportunity for our country and businesses. The association offers 6-month accompaniment including individual mentoring with partner company employees and collective workshops on job insertion, French, and IT. The Konnector plays a central role with two key functions in this program.
