The Kodiko association's mission is to promote employment for refugees in France. Kodiko seeks to change how refugees are perceived as professionals and to demonstrate that they possess valuable talents and skills, and that they represent a genuine opportunity for our country and our businesses. The association provides beneficiaries with support over a 6-month period. This support takes the following forms: - individualized support with a volunteer mentor (minimum 10 appointments over 6 months); - collective support through workshops addressing professional integration issues, organized by the association with volunteer experts.
