At Tilka, dogs stay with foster families while waiting for their permanent home. Offer temporary shelter to a dog cared for by Tilka. Check social media (Instagram/Facebook) to see available dogs. Care for the foster dog as your own until the association finds its permanent family. Ensure basic needs: food, water, shelter, exercise, veterinary care and socialization.
