🐾 Tilka is first and foremost a story of the heart — that of two rescues, Titou and Milka — and then a fight: animal protection. Every day, the Tilka association mobilizes to take care of, protect and defend animals in need, abandoned or mistreated, of all breeds, including category 1 and 2 dogs. We don't have a shelter: our animals are welcomed into foster families while we give them a second chance. We ensure they are properly documented (microchipped, vaccinated, sterilized) before placing them under a foster care or adoption agreement. Tilka is also a space for exchange and action in favor of animal welfare. Through each rescue, we hope to change mindsets and laws for a more just society toward animals.
