I welcome and guide people during in-person and/or phone support sessions

Mission description

Looking for a volunteer to welcome and guide users in support of our advisors. Les Jardins numériques is an association created in 2005, active in Paris and Seine-Saint-Denis, primarily in neighborhoods designated as urban policy priorities. Since 2025, the State has entrusted us with managing three France Services Centers to help and support users with administrative procedures. Participate in associative life to gain enriching experience by welcoming diverse visitors in a solidarity-focused environment. Required volunteer skills: • Strong French language skills (spoken and written). • Computer literacy.
