At the intersection of culture, education, and social reintegration, Read to Get Out develops actions supporting incarcerated persons' reintegration through reading since July 2014, including personalized reading support and author meetings to encourage book and reading discovery. We need volunteers to support reading among incarcerated people at the Versailles Women's Detention Center. Support willing participants in choosing appropriate materials, exchange about books, and help them develop reading skills and confidence. Regular sessions occur inside the facility.
