Organize social activities and intercultural workshops with exchange youth and in schools. Conduct paired home visits with potential host families to ensure suitability. Monitor youth and families, ensuring monthly contact and school integration. Facilitate intercultural experiences and departure preparation workshops. Support all participants throughout their exchange experience.
