I help organize departures and arrivals for youth in international exchanges

Mission description

Possible tasks include: organizing social gatherings with youth, leading intercultural workshops in schools, conducting home visits to potential host families (in pairs) to ensure fit, monitoring families and youth once in France (ensuring monthly contact is maintained and serving as a resource for youth, families, and volunteers), checking that youth are doing well at school, facilitating unique intercultural experiences, running departure preparation workshops, and finding host families.
