Mission description

Kipawa is a Marseille association running a support program for exiled people combining collective French classes and volunteer missions in local associations. These missions allow people to practice and learn French faster while valuing their skills and competencies. I accompany one or more exiled people to volunteer missions, facilitating their first encounter with the association and team, helping them feel confident and comfortable. I clarify instructions, complete the mission together, and share a meaningful, enriching moment. Missions take place regularly.
