Provide quality supervision and leadership for children ages 8-10 within an educator team. Use play-based, project-focused, and nature-immersed pedagogy. Offer young people a living space that meets their needs to dream, act, achieve their projects, live in community, and find meaning in their lives. No prior scouting experience required. Partially-funded training (BAFA, BAFD) is offered throughout the year. Must be at least 17 years old.
