I mentor high school students at Stéphane Héssel Vocational High School in Toulouse

Mission description

Mentoring targets young people with good potential who lack confidence and ambition, supporting them toward higher education or professional integration. You'll receive mentor training: two 2-hour online sessions on mentor approach, one hour on career pathway projects and self-portrait interpretation, one hour on guidance, plus ten self-study training modules. Mentoring happens in-person at school, once monthly for maximum 18 months. Participating mentees are voluntary and motivated.
