Help tenants maintain their housing and keep SNL's property portfolio in good condition. Perform small maintenance work involving the tenant, relay issues requiring professional intervention to staff, encourage proper home use and energy savings, organize move-out cleaning with other volunteers, conduct move-in inspections, and participate in the local group's activities.
